Trauma Therapy
Trauma happens to everyone to some extent. It is a very personal experience, and not everyone reacts to it in the same way. Many people do not realise they have had a traumatic experience because most believe “a trauma” can only be called a trauma if it is BIG.

EMDR is a psychological treatment that uses eye movements (and other bilateral stimulation) to process disturbing memories that cause distorted and distressing thinking or feelings of anxiety.

I work one-on-one with individual adults who are 18 and over.
I work in my London practice on Mondays and Tuesdays, and appointments are from 2 pm to 9 pm. I also work online on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and appointments are from 11 am to 9 pm.
I typically reply to emails within 24 hours or sooner. Once we start working together, adding me to your contacts list is best.
Yes, I offer a complimentary 20-minute session via video link. This session is an opportunity to make an initial introduction and give a short space for you to tell me a little about who you are and explore how I can help.
